Once again logitech has brought the best product that balances quility and price. I got this item last week and I was thrilled with the quility, looks, feel, and preformance of this joystick. I am right handed but working with the left hand with these isnt nearly as comfortable. Overall it is a great product however I think it should have more programmable buttons and more comfortable on the left hand.Customer Review: customer service was great!!

I've had this stick for a while now (a couple of years I guess); it's been excellent. Playing CFS3, Heroes of the Pacific for the most part. Hadn't played much for a while until recently, and now I come back to it it seems that it's no longer smooth (hence the missing star); this also makes it hard to keep it nicely centred. I guess it's just seizing up from not being used enough ;-)
I can't begin to understand how some of the others here are saying there's not enough feedback - could be that they haven't got it set up right (feedback level is customisable), that Logitech have come up with the most variable manufacturing process in history, or that those complaining of this are insensitive brutes. Whatever, it's been perfect for me - until it's begun to get sticky as mentioned above. Still perfectly usable with force feedback turned off (or no power to the stick) though.
Seeing the poor reviews here has actually prompted me to do one for the first time, I've liked my stick that much :-)
