I've always used logitech, they are durable and comfortable to wear for my many hours of gaming fun. Only replaced my last one due to a rogue hamster finding the cord and chewing a hole in it...sigh.

Now Team Speak and Eve voice work much better without me having to hold a microphone to my face.
Even though Logitech only claims Windows and Mac compatibility, it works with my Slackware Linux.
