I had the Saitek force, but that joystick has a lot of troubles with the deadzone. Now they release a new driver, but what they did was just to let you to create a bid dead zone and I think this is not a real and nice solution. Then I bought the Logitech 3D and now I am very ..very happy. It is very precise and very comfortable, fit very well in my hand and looks great.
Yea...I know..is not force feedback...however in my case I prefers precision instead of force feedback.
I would like to tell you more about this nice joystick ..but my English is not too good.

good joystick, phenominal price! got it fast, pluged it in to my computer and within seconds Windows had found the driver and instaled it! works great with HAWX and FSX. LOTS of easy-to-reach programmable buttons (12 to be exact). only problem is that the stick is kinda hard to get used to because it's spring loaded and it has a slight Ca-Chunk when you push the stick foreward. i guess its a design issue. but still, good stick for forty bucks with S&H, i would recomend it to any gaming or flight simulator fan.Customer Review: A Fantastic Joystick!

I was totally blown away by this joystick. It is better than I could have imagined. It has 10 or more programable buttons and does so much more than the one I owned a few years ago. It has a nice heavy duty base that I don't have to hold down with my other hand like the old one. I bought it to use with a flight simulator program and it is the perfect one. You will never be sorry that you bought it if you do. This is the second Logitech item that I have purchased and I am sold on the high quality of their products.Customer Review: Great Joystick

This stick works fantastic for Mech simulation games and flight games. It has just he right amount of buttons to not be too much, but enough to always be able to configure what you need. The mini stick on top is perhaps slightly too sensitive by default but can be changed. The throttle on the bottom is a very nice addition. The only thing that is a steep learning curve is the twist feature, it is sometimes hard to differentiate what is a twist and what is a turn,, but you get over it with learning the dexterity.Customer Review: Great Product

I purchased the Extreme 3D to use on my MS Flight Simulator- The product is all and more than what is advertised. It is metal, very sturdy and is extremely easy to set-up. In fact, all I did was plug in the cable and did not even run the software. It loaded and the flight stick was already calibrated.
It works with precision accuracy - I am extremly satisfied and would strongly reccoment this product. You cannot beat the price for what you recieve from this Loditech product.
