Customer Review: Excellent Basic Keyboard With a Few Extras

This is an excellent and comfortable basic PS/2 keyboard in an appealing off white color. Key press feedback is very good and the keyboard is reasonably low profile so that your wrists are not forced to arc when typing. Aside from all the things you would expect in a 108 key keyboard, this keyboard comes with a few extras - some nice media, program and computer centric buttons arrayed along the top (Email, Messenger, Webcam, Media, Home, Search). The keyboard comes with a Windows driver CD that covers all of Windows NT 4.0 SP6, Windows 98 (and 98SE), Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
I have been very pleased with it - it is an excellent value for the price.

First off, when I hooked up the new keyboard I chose not to run the software included as I have desktop shortcuts and so do not need to program the format keys. Its white color sure brightens up my pull-out shelf, but the touch is also a definite plus. So nice not to have to pound the keys, or fuss with a nonworking space bar. The spacing is comfortable even for my fat fingers which means less errors to fix. It is too bad my shelf had been mounted backwards so I cannot use the wrist rest. Still, all I really needed was a good keyboard, and this is a very good keyboard for such a tiny price. I recommend it to those who are in need of a new keyboard.

I wasn't sure of the size and was expecting a very large keyboard but it's not and fits nicely in my lap which makes it comfortable to type fast. The keys are a little smaller (not much) than my last keyboard so I was a little thrown off when I started to type. I'm a pretty big guy 6' and could see if you had big hands this might be a problem. I really like this keyboard especially at this price I wouldn't expect more. The keys are comfortable. The layout of the short cut keys are perfect at the top and don't interfere with typing regular text and they don't take up space on the keyboard.Customer Review: Great Product, Great Value from Best Internet Store...

I got this Logitech Deluxe Keyboard for my new computer and I am suprise at the quality of this product. It's under $15 from amazon. It's very...very quiet!!!!!..It also has many other useful things like Web and Media controls[Window Media Player Controls]. You can go on the web or check emails with a touch of a botton. Simply a great product for so little money. I buy 90% of the stuff I need on internet(from about 10 major internet stores), but Amazon is still the BEST INTERNET STORE OVER ALL...Customer Review: Great Product

I bought one of these in 2002 when they first came out. I've been using it since 2002 and it's held up great. I type a hard 85wpm (I tend to beat on keyboards) and it still works.
The only thing I don't like about it is my wrist rest broke in the first few months and the function keys are enabled by default.
If it were USB, I'd be buying another one.
