This controller was everything I hoped. Turn on the PS2, push a button on the controller, and it connects in about 3 seconds. There's no delay, or missed button presses, or any other connection problems. It's a radio signal, not IR, so line-of-sight isn't required. When you turn off the PS2, it seems to tell the controller to turn itself off automatically. The controller itself feels very much like the original controller, just a little more comfortable.
