Customer Review: Best Keyboard Ever!!
Summary: 5 Stars

Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?)
I have in the past tried various "ergonomic" keyboard designs with only minimal differences in stress from the standard configutation. The keyboard included in this set is the first that allows for a truly natural feel consistent with a natural positioning of the hands. The mouse is not quite as much of an improvement over the norm but still far above average.

After installing the software, the setup went without a hitch and was immediately ready to use. It will take some time to become familiar with all of the special features - and there are many - but even as a normal keyboard and mouse there will be a noticable reduction of stress on the hands and wrists.

Those who are at the computer for extended periods of time and those who have a great need for customization should find the Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave Set an improvement over comparable available products.

Customer Review: Very satisfied Mac user gives 2 enthusiastic thumbs up

After using Logitech's Comfort ergonomic keyboard for the past couple of years - and loving it - I decided to give the new Wave keyboard a try. After using the split keyboard for some long, it took me a couple of days to adapt to having my hands a little closer together when typing. But after only a few days it was as if I had been using this keyboard for months. The tactile feel of the keys is excellent. I find it's considerably quieter than the Cordless Comfort keyboard. It's more comfortable for me to use due to the slightly padded hand rest along the bottom of the keyboard. It looks great and all the "extra keys" around the keyboard are easily re-mapped using the latest version of the Logitech Control Center preference panel. It's a great keyboard and a great value, too. Just as when I purchased my Logitech Comfort keyboard, I do not use the cordless mouse which comes with the Wave keyboard. My preference is the truly outstanding cordless trackball mouse. You just can't go wrong with this keyboard. I love my Apple products but no Apple keyboards compare favorably to this new Wave keyboard in my opinion.

Customer Review: Awesome!

Bought this keyboard/mouse combo after spending several weeks researching what would work best for me. I bought the Wave for my new gaming computer. Have not had any problems with this keyboard/mouse with gaming at all. The ones leaving reviews saying the mouse sucks for gaming, obviously are not using the adjustments in the software. Have no lag problems at all.

The keyboard is completely customizable; you can re-assign the quick keys. Also you can assign keys to your favorite websites. The software also monitors your batteries for you and tells you how much life you have left.

The mouse is very comfortable, smooth, and light in your hands. The forward and backward buttons are very easy to get used too. I find myself wishing they were there when I use other conventional mice. The wrist rest and key placement are very comfortable.

All in all, this is the best keyboard and mouse I have every used. The range seems good; I have not tested it beyond my desk. The USB receiver is installed on the back of my computer under the desk.

Customer Review: Great! And don't buy this,,,

1st, I love this kit.

2nd. Amazon suggest the MK550 (if I got that right) is newer for about <@ this moment> $15. more. Do that...

Either edition, I think you will be happy with the feel if you give it a week. I have pressed keys since the manual Underwood typewriter (and others).
At first touch, it took me a bit to adjust to the equal nature of the finger reach... I settled in after a bit and find my WPM and accuracy are up.

The mouse works with both hands and is comfortable and accurate as any mouse I have tried and only like the Apple Magic Pad better than this (and that isn't a mouse).

I suggest the newer model for 2 reasons:

1) Battery life has gone from months to years.
2) Unified Logitech 2.4 Ghtz USB port will probably take future Logitech components.

However once again, from a "feel" and construction standpoint, you won't go wrong with either selection.

I'm very happy both Mac OSX 10.6 and Win 7 with Command/Win and Alt/Option interchange

Customer Review: Works with Mac--everything works!

I have to say I was sceptical about getting this BIG keyboard but after setting it up...I AM AMAZED!!! I'm working from a macbook pro with duel screen using leapord

The thing can launch 10 applications from the keyboard. You can zoom in/out in any program. GREAT if you wear glasses. Sometimes the web pages open too small for my aging eyes. Opens up spaces in OSX, ical, iphoto, calcualtor, frontrow, itunes, pages, excel, firefox, ichat, mail, search, put comptuer to sleep. THING IS AWESOME!!!

Keypad works...some say it did not work. WORKS AWEOMSE! 12345

Ergonomics is the best...was typing on a macbook pro laptop keyboard. After you go to the wave you'll only type on the laptop if you have too. Keyboard wrist rest is an awesome touch!!! very comfortable.

I got the wired version of the keyboard because want to save the environment a battery.

Don't look any further...buy it today!!!
