Can turn on/off mic by tapping outside of ear piece. Red LED shows mic off. Records and transmits voice without popping and limits room sounds. Adjusts for phone, music and mic. These are a must for anyone who utilizes the VOIP technolgy to talk and listen over the Internet. If you attend or presents Webinars this is the product to use. The only thing I could say that could be improved is the design for compactness for traveling...kinda bulky.

I went to a workshop to learn more about putting sound onto websites. They recommended this particular headset with the microphone. Amazon delivered it quickly, and it took me about 5 minutes to get it unwrapped and working with the software. Nice.
