Customer Review: Good, clear headset / mic combo, but not completely comfortable.

My girlfriend and I both got this headset so we could talk to each other over Skype to overcome our laptop's poor integrated microphones.
The device is Skype certified as well as certified for a number of other chat clients. Plugging this in to both of our laptops moved us from a static-filled conversation to feeling like we were sitting across a table from each other.
Another plus: It includes a switch to change settings for gaming, conferencing, and multimedia modes.
I do have a small number of gripes about the form factor of the headset that prevent me from giving it a five star review.
My primary gripe is that the earpieces don't cover my entire ear (just the inner ear area) which can cause discomfort after prolonged use.
The top of the headset isn't as comfortable as it could be, but that's not too much of a big deal.
The volume knob on the earpiece actually isn't a knob but a camouflaged up and down button.
