I would like to start off giving kudos to Amazon. I ordered this headset on a Sunday night and it arrived Monday at lunch! The headset is EXTREMELY easy to use. I just took it out of the package and pluged it in and it worked. The sound quality is great and the mute and volume are easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone. It is a little higher priced than some but it will last a long time and has great wear and tear survivability.Customer Review: great product

I bought the headset because my brother in the Philippines asked me to. He is very computer savvy. We have cut down on our long distance phone bills & I don't have to buy long distance phone cards anymore. We talk through the internet all the time. The sound quality is excellent. Headset microphone works well without a lot of noise and is easy to adjust. Headset is comfortable to wear. Headset sounds clear and can get to a high volume before anyone can hear what you can hear. Well worth the price. only problem i have with it is the volume adjustment button on the cord weigh down the cord a bit, so if you don't want to use stiff clip attached to it, the cord tends to be irritating to adjust.Customer Review: Good product, Great value.

We bought a pair of Logitech ClearChat Comfort USB Headsets for a series of webinars my company is presenting. The headsets provide audio that is consistently clean and clear. Several people have commented on how good they sound.
The headsets were truly plug and play, not installs required. I especially like the simple mute button. I have recomended the ClearChat Comfort USB Headsets to co-workers.

Awesome head-set. Did a lot of research before buying a set, because I wanted a very particular feature. I play online games, so I wanted to be able to define what sounds where. So with USB speakers, and a USB headset, along with Vista, I can tell the OP to send game sound to the speakers, and my communication server to the headset.
Just awesome.
Sounds is great, and mic is flawless.
