Affordable and works beautifully. This headset has significantly increased the accuracy of dictation using Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 on a windows PC for a Dragon-challenged user in this office. The native digitization of the microphone is a clear advantage over the typical analog inputs. I have even tested both inputs seconds apart using sound recorder and there is a dramatic improvement in the clarity using this unit. Thankfully, this has made all the difference between this user giving up on Dragon and moving ahead to streamline dictation workflow in our office. Hooray. The unit is comfortable and the usb-connector is just fine and remains plugged into the pc without a problem. So far the unit has held up perfectly under moderate use for a month or two. Altogether a great improvement over analog microphone headsets of which we have several and to which we won't be going back. Anyone need a bunch of used analog headsets???Customer Review: Had to purchase for work, also use them for fun!!

I absolutely had to buy these for my new job working at home as a customer service agent. I found them to be so much nicer and easier to use than my traditional logitech headset that used the 3.5mm jack, they aren't compatible with the companies software so I had to put a rush order out on these, joined Amazon prime and had them 1 day shipped, all totalling about $34 dollars, massive savings over Wal-Mart and Target and I didn't even have to leave my house!!!!! They are comfortable, plug and play genius with Windows 7 and Windows XP, and you don't even have to work to find the little 3.5mm holes on the sound card anymore so I don't have to turn the PC to plug them in and whatnot. Sound quality is great, speaking quality is perfect for what I need them for (work and gaming!), amazing price for quality, and they were here in 1 day! Nice! Super easy to Plug and have instant voice and audio. Plus Kudos to Amazon for delivery in less than 24 hours from when I ordered it! I did pay for 2 day shipping and it was at my door the next afternoon.
The headset is comfortable and the audio is clear. I talk to a lot of folks all across the country and so far, only had one call where there was a slight hum but since I am talking over an internet connection, I expect an occasional call to not be quite perfect.
For me, it's easy to wear for extended lengths of time and I like the push button mute/volume control on the shirt clip. My only complaint is really an observation..... it's easy to accidentally put your headset on mute when you clip it on your shirt, so just takes paying attention to. All in all, I am very satisfied and give it a thumbs up and five stars.

I am a big fan of Logitech's products. I expect great quality from it. My mouse, my webcam, and my previous headset were all satisfactory, with very few issues (if there ever were any). I bought this product to replace my old headset (I sat on it), and I am pleasantly surprised. The sound quality surpasses both my old headset (which was more expensive) and my speakers. The microphone is also very high quality. Also, the volume control on the wire was a bonus. It is especially useful when I am playing World of Warcraft with my XBox 360 controller while leaned back. I don't want to have to lean forward to hit the volume control on my keyboard. My only complaint is not about its design or its ability. My only complaint is that the mic is on the left. I bought this headset to use for the work I was doing from home - the headset is very comfortable and easy to adjust. I am able to hear people and music through the headset with no problems, and people are able to hear me. The only downside to this product is that after wearing it for long periods of time, the headset will become lose and start moving around on my head. However I have found tht taking off the headset for a while and then putting it back on and readjusting the cups solves this problem. The over the head design is also comfortable, as compared to the other headset I used previously, which was a headset that went around the back of my head. I highly recommend this headset if you do any online chatting, online gaming, transcription, or even if you just listen to music. It is an excellent headset.
