I'm not much of an audiophile, but obviously there's a HUGE difference between my laptop's tinny speakers and Logitech's AudioHub Notebook speakers. It's like night and day.
The speakers themselves are incredibly easy to set up. Plug them into an outlet, then plug the USB cord into the laptop. It was that simple. The volume knob is readily accessible, and I really appreciate the fact that it lights up nice and bright so I can see that it's on.
I leave these speakers permanently on the computer desk in our family room, although it's not a big deal to move it around. [...]
Absolutely no negatives. Great sound, great price, great set-up. The only way the speakers could be better would be if there was some way to attach them to the laptop and run them off the computer's power source.

I was a little lost at first but once I got this baby hooked up to my macbook, oh the joy! My internal laptop speakers were weak and tinny and these were the second set of speakers I had purchased. My first purchase was from eBay for a nondescript, generic brand. I had to be refunded due to DOA status, so I was understandably skiddish and hesitant for the next time around ENTER; , LOGICTECH AUDIOHUB NOTEBOOK SPEAKERS. compact, stylish, powerful; I most likely will never use the webcam extension thingey since my notebook has one built in but, I was so pleased, I danced around in celebration to the tunes of Marilyn Manson, Trent Reznor and Stabbing Westward. The bass is powerful. One quick note: once I hooked the speakers up, I had to go to system preferences to route the sound to the AudioHub, it wasn't automatic. That took some time to figure out, (Not a Logitech issue) but once set up, very very pleased. I purchased the Audiohub for a new Desktop Computer System with a LG 22" LCD Monitor that I got recently and didn't really think this thing would be a good fit for it as it is made more for a Notebook Computer but I just wanted something with decent sound for listing to Music and Videos on the PC and boy was I surprised when I hook it up to my PC running it with Windows Vista Home Premium. The Sound Quality is Excellent with Crystal Clear Highs ans Lows and believe it or not, Pretty Good Bass Too! I played back a Movie with this and it Souded Great, like a Good Expensive 2.1 Surround Sound System and for a much lower price you can't beat this thing. So anybody out there thinking about getting this nice little piece for their Desktop PC don't hesitate to do it as it's definetely worth it to hook it up to a Desktop PC so just take my word for it as you wont go wrong with the Audiohub!Customer Review: Now all I need is a bigger screen

The sound quality on these small speakers are amazing. These are very easy to hook up to your notebook, looks stylish and most important of all delievers excellent sound quality.
I was always frustrated with the sound provided by my laptop but these speakers fixed the problem. I am not going to get into the technical know-hows of digital sound and all because honestly, I wouldn't know where to begin.
Rest assured that this is a sound purchase and will improve the sound quality for your notebooks. Now, my only qualm is finding something that will give my notebook a bigger screen. One can only hope.

These Logitech AudioHub Notebook Speakers have great sound. I own GATEWAY MX6453 - Notebook Computer and The sound on the laptop is good but it could be better. My motherboard was replaced and now the original speakers have no sound. When I received these, my sound was back and better than ever. The Speakers have great sound. I could swear I was listening to my computer though my stereo receiver. Great Item.
