These fit a person with a larger head well. I bought 2 pair one for work and one for home. Sound is good, but the fit was the most important buying consideration for me. This headset is everything it says and nothing it doesn't say. I think it works really well -great sound for me and I can be clearly heard by people on the other end. No surprises.
