The unit works beautifully. I have a major hearing loss, and use two very powerful hearing aids, which are not always all I need. My headset, used without hearing aids, gives me beautifully clear reception. I am so excited about them. You may note that I ended up purchasing a total of 3 of the headsets, two being for a grandson and a close friend. Can't wait to start chatting with them.Customer Review: Excellent product

Logitech products are good. I had already keyboard, mouse from logitech. I am particular about headphone also that's why I waited for some time and ordered logitech Item.

Given the price, the sound quality is very good. It's so clear & rich. You can use it only for internet chat or gaming, but also music listening.
Speaking of comfort, I have worn them for 2 hours and my ears still don't have any sign of fatigue.
I think they are worth the money.

This is a great headset, excellent for online chatting, voice-over-IP, and especially gaming. The volume control and microphone switch on the wire come in handy often. It has a very nice built quality.
The different color plates are not much of an use!
Primarily use it for voice chat and listen to music in my laptop.
For the price u pay and the good quality, it is a good value for money
