I've been using this for about 2 weeks and it works perfectly. People can hear me when I online game and I can hear them just fine as well. It's comfortable and the mic doesn't get in the way if you go to take a drink or something with it still on. I've even moved the mic up away from my mouth and talked forgetting it was away from my mouth and people have still been able to hear me fine.
My only minor complaint would be that because I am on a laptop I don't need a very long cord and this cord is VERY long and sometimes that can get in the way and get tangled up easily. Other than that it's a great product for the price.

My intention for buy this was for the microphone alone. I had speakers for my computer, so I didn't see a need for the headset. But the price compelled me just to go ahead and try it out. I absolutely love this headset. It is super comfortable and the sound quality is amazing. I am not technologically challenged, so I was not worried up getting it hooked up. It was incredibly easy though. I love this headset so much and recommend anyone to it. My only drawback is that the cord is a little short for me.Customer Review: Good Sound Quality

I'm not one to get overly excited about headphone sound quality. However, I was surprised that this unit has very good sound quality as far as clarity over SKYPE, AIM and other internet avenues. The microphone works just as well. I will say they do not fit as comfortably as a good pair of audio headphones, But, I don't believe they were intended for the 'sit back and relax scenario' for which audio headphones provide. Overall, I'm well pleased with this unit.

I love this headset. The sound is very clear and I have been told that listeners on the other end can hear me very clear so the mic works wonderfully. This is a light weight headset so it is NOT uncomfortable it is also adjustable. The wire is long enough so that you don't feel confined. I rate this headset 5 stars and the price is a great price. It took me about a week to decide on which one to get and when I decided on the Labtech I'm happy I chose this one.Customer Review: Great Customer Service

I thought the microphone quality was really horrible after about a month. It was still under warranty, so it was exchanged. They actually paid for the shipping both ways. That was the good news. The bad news is that the new replacement headset I received had only slightly better microphone quality. A little digging revealed that my Realtek audio driver has a separate microphone volume control accessible from the Control Panel. I highly recommend this headset.
