If you can spare a buck and want the best gaming keyboard this is it. Illuminated keys help you when you game at night in the dark room. The color lcd displays stats on characters for example if you play WoW it will display battleground stats, or if you play Dragon Age Origins it will display your party's stats. It comes with 2 USB slots on the top, excellent. You can also have multiple keys pressed, no issue. The lcd display super cool. No issues at all with hardware or software using windows 7. I even dropped it and no problems. Best keyboard yet. Logitech has not failed me on any products I have purchased from them.Customer Review: Awesome!

After comparing the G15, G510 and G110 I had to try out the G19. Its got an amazingly clear LCD, a load of macro keys, a smooth scroll wheel for volume control and can change backlighting to any color on the color circle. The software was a little clunky getting started, but once you start using it, its fairly straight forward. It also requires its own power plug, but given the combo of the lights and LCD you'd imagine the USB wouldnt be enough. You get 3 buttons on the board for setting colors, but it would have been nice to be able to do this via the onboard LCD.
All in all, its an amazing keyboard!

Love, love, love the customizable backlit keys. It is pretty much my favorite upgrade about this keyboard. Mine are purple, and glow beautifully in the dark. Of course, it also has other redeeming qualities: keys are very responsive, programmable keys are great, layout makes more sense than the G15, media controls don't get in your way...
I should add that like the G15, this did not work with my KVM.
Like any new keyboard, there will be some time required to get used to this layout, but once you get used to it, you won't ever want to go back...

To put it plainly, in my opinion this is the best keyboard on the market.
Pricey but if you live on your system as I do, it is worth every penny.
I did have one of these where the keyboard LCD started blinking at random times.
Logitech sent me a new one, no questions asked. I then shipped back the defective one.
Amazing!
Pick up a program called AIDA64 (used to be called Everest). You can create your own custom LCD layout with system statistics.

Everything you'd expect from the specs. LCD is great. Would have liked a bigger array of applets for it, but it's still relatively new. A number of games have native support, and there are some fan-made apps specifically for the G19 for displaying a variety of outputs to the screen including your main display and a webcam. Note that the ventrilo applet isn't quite the same as the one pictured in the video, but it functions essentially the same.
