The set up was a breeze, the video tutorials were well done and clear, and the pen does what I expected it would do. I have not tested in a meeting with lots of people, echos or background noise, but so far in a smaller quieter setting it is superb. I especially appreciate that the charger is also the tool to upload. A well crafted tool, well worth the money.Customer Review: nice

The only thing wrong with mine was that it was missing the extra 3 ink replacements (might be the reason why it's "under review"), I called and immediately they let me order the replacements that amazon sells and got them at no charge = )
besides that, i think it's a cool gadget, i think soon they're gonna come out with more applications for the pen.

When I received it as a gift, I was afraid to open it because it was too good to be true. I felt that once I opened it, I couldn't return it. Well, now that I have tried it, I'm never returning it. I bought this pen for my college bound son. I asked him if he would prefer a laptop or this pen, and he chose this. He is thrilled with the results and keeps thanking me for getting him this!!! It works beautifully and so easily. I am confident that he will be able to keep up with note taking now and not miss the lectures! The lack of handwriting-to-text is not an issue for me -- I like knowing that my notes are solid and I always have the backup of an audio recording. I work in corporate communications, so I always like knowing that I'm quoting my sources accurately and never missing a word from the boss. She's even offered to reimburse me, she was so impressed!
