This product was the best investment, I've made yet! I enjoy talking to people from my yard and 1/2 way down the street to my friends, it's almost like having a cell phone. The only thing that annoys me a bit is the LCD screen remains lit showing the battery charge status when the phone is turned off and on the charger, waste of electricity in my book. Other than that the sound quality is excellent. I can't wait until Linksys comes out with the new draft-n skype phones.Customer Review: buy it and trade with the manufacturer!

Bought this great little phone from Amazon for great price. After 15 mins of use it died, so I contacted Linksys for a new battery. They didn't even blink an eye and sent me another new phone with a new lithium ion and the upgraded version (with speakerphone, etc) already installed. I have now been using the phone continously for over 2 days, what a great machine!!! I charge it as often as my cellphone and it costs a fraction of all my phones around the house.Customer Review: better than sliced bread

I have had this phone well over a year. It has not failed me yet. I take it with me out of town..connects to open networks everywhere. I even took it to Europe twice last year..no problems. It was wonderful being able to keep in touch with family and work in such a cheap and easy fashion. I haven't experienced the heat or complications I have been reading about. Maybe I got lucky, but I would buy another one in a NY minute.Customer Review: Good Phone and Easy to Use !

This is a Great Phone and Easy to use. Just Charge and your set. Connection to Wireless is a snap with 128 bit key.
Finds all over wireless networks around you in a snap.
Take it to work and connect to your office's WiFI to make them personal phone calls. Thats what i use it for.
It worth the money, Can be charged with USB cable mini-b to A connection.

Great clarity, both in and out. I read many complaints about battery life and what not, but I have not had any problem. In standby mode it has gone two days with mild talking and it is at half battery life. Maybe they worked out the kinks, or it's the new firmware I installed. Whatever...it works awesome, and I use it for my regular home phone now, coupled with a cell for emergencies. Bye bye telecom.
