I paid full price at the time and still think it was worth it. This smokes any other wireless device I have used in the past although all others were G. I headed the warnings and did not use the Linksys software. I pointed windows to the driver that I downloaded from the net which was the same version as the disk. Running flawlessly with Vista 64 Ultimate and a linksys wrt160n router. Cisco Rocks.Customer Review: Simple to install

This is probably the first time I actually followed the direction. Setup was easy. I did note that I was only picking up 51% signal from my LinkSys router. After doing some checking on the Linksys website I discovered that multiple access points as they are in my condo campus that other routers could be the source. That was correct, I changed my wireless router to channel 11 and the signal went to 100%.Customer Review: Flawless Install & Operation

Quite frankly, I don't understand the negative reviews. I have (for now) a Vista Business 64 O/S, and this wireless adapter installed flawlessly to my WRT400N router via WPA. I'll issue an update as required when I go to Windows 7. It performs flawlessly as well. I *do* have Version 2, and that may be the discriminating factor. Nothing but praise for this (and all) Linksys products.Customer Review: very stable, highly recommended

I bought it to replace the D-Link wireless N USB adapter which I bought about 6 months ago. I have had a lot of problem with the speed and and stability of the internet connection with the D-Link. After the switch, I haven't had a dropped signal since. It was easy to install and I was on line in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended although it is a little bit on the pricey side.Customer Review: Easy to install, works perfectly!

I recently purchased this to set up an N router/adapter combo (instead of the Netgear G setup we had), on 1 Desktop and 2 Laptops in our home. This was very easy to install, and the signal strength/speed has increased significantly (we are in a 1st floor apt, and had trouble getting adequate signals through the walls of an 1860 sq foot apt). Excellent product-highly recommended!
