I plugged in the CD, shut down, plugged in the card, booted, plugged in my WEP passkey code, and was up and running.
That literally was it. I'm using a Linksys wireless router, so perhaps that helped, but I was shocked and impressed with how easy this was to setup!

I replaced this card in my Dell Dimension 5100 with a Wireless B network and I have much faster internet speed and quality. IT was simple to install and the internet overall is much faster, even with a 11 mbps rate network.

I added this to new windows 7 PC expecting to have to do some work to make this work. As soon as the computer booted up it saw the card and loaded the drivers automatically and fond my wireless networks. It works out of the box on windows7!

I bought this card a couple of weeks ago, and since then have had it installed in two different desktops. It has worked fine in each application. The hardware and software are both easy to install and work fine. I'd recommend this device to friends.Customer Review: good network adapter

Installed easily. Configured easily. Has a bigger antennae than most wireless network adapers like it. The wireless router is positioned quite close to I can't comment on how well it would do in a remote location but I expect pretty well.
