I love this little thing. It's the size of a pin drive and has a cap with a clip to put on your shirt or wherever. I used it to connect my Series2 TiVO to my home network. I plugged it in to my TiVO and hub and that was that. Has worked perfectly ever since. It's only possible downfall is that the ethernet port has a little flimsy door that looks like it could break easily. I am just careful when I plug it in.Customer Review: So Easy

I bought this product for my TiVo. I had no idea how easy it was. I plugged it in and within seconds, the TV screen showed a message that it had recognized the adapter and had established communications with my wireless network and I was off and running. Haven't touched it since and haven't had to adjust any settings at all. 5 stars isn't enuf. I'd give it 8 if I could.Customer Review: no problems

I purchased this little gadget for use with an XO laptop which itself has no port for ethernet. Plugged the gadget in, it worked immediately, even w/o installation of software. Before purchase, I had read the complaints about the fragility of the "little door". It does feel like it might be fragile - but not overly so. I plugged it in to the tivo series 2 usb port, plugged it in to my router and it connected immediately. no need to search for networks, etc. excellent product for tivo users who have problems with their wireless connection.Customer Review: Works well for me

I purchased this to connect my series2 TiVo into my network. The TiVo instantly picked up on it, got the IP assignment from the DHCP server, and quite frankly I've forgotten about it since then since it "just works".
