Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of LensPEN Lens Cleaning SystemCustomer Review: Works as advertised, beware of counterfeits Summary: 5 Stars
The LensPEN works as advertised by its manufacturer. First clean your lens and filters with the included brush and then use the circular eraser-like cleaner to remove smudges and fingerprints, it even works on LCD screens. Sometimes it leaves some traces of carbon, you can easily wipe them off with the brush. Doesn't clean stains, for that you should use something else, like a damp cloth.
Customer Review: It does what it claims! Summary: 5 Stars
There's not much to say. It works great, and it's convenient to carry in a camera bag. I bought it after a friend demonstrated his (I was skeptical before seeing it for myself). The Nikon 7072 Lens Pen Cleaning System is basically the same thing, so I would buy whichever is cheaper.
Customer Review: The best way to clean your lens Summary: 5 Stars
Of all the ways to clean your lens and/or filters, this is the best I know of. They come in more than one size, takes care of stubborn spots and leaves no residue. If you haven't tried one yet, you will be pleased. No liquids, no more smudges and no more lent.
I carry the smaller one in my pocket and the larger one I keep at home for general cleanup at the end of the day.
Customer Review: A Photographers Best Friend! Summary: 5 Stars
This tiny little tool is amazing! It does a superb job of cleaning my lenses and camera- such a good job that I never leave home without it! Super easy to use and makes all the difference especially is dirty places like the beach or when its really windy.... Simply put, I don't know how I photographed for so long without this little tool!!
Customer Review: Works as Advertised Summary: 5 Stars
The brush is nice and soft, and the carbon side works as advertised to remove fingerprints. I was initially concerned as it accidentally grazed my hand and left black marks, but then I tried it on my glasses and there were no black marks on the glass. It cleaned the fingerprints off of my camera lenses just fine.
