I have a lenovo thinkpad laptop that I got in Germany in my last job. Since here in Mexico the plug is different I opted to buy a replacement to my actual AC/Adapter. I also wanted to use this when I am doing presentations somewhere else than my home. I am really happy with this purchase because I was always skeptical when buying used things. But I mean its worth to try for a couple dollars you are buying some functional part that no one or almost no one is going to see... the AC/adapter.
There are some scratchs, but to be true, who cares!, important thing is having this when you most need it.
