I picked up this product at a local electronics retailer, so that I could have an ongoing power solution for my Olympus D-40 Zoom. To my surprise, the batteries lasted much longer than conventional AA alkalines. I've used the charger with the batteries a number of times, both in the States and in Taiwan, with no problems at all.
