Customer Review: Had to hack into it but easy fix so no return.

I found the 4 port outlet was larger than I thought it would be but I was warned by other reviews. I fit it into the small shelf below the radio but had to force it a bit and when i got it all in with the cord tucked behind I plugged it in and it blew its fuse! Agghh. I may have caused the problem but the good news is it is completely held together with screws and upon opening it i saw the problem and bent a small tab that was shorting it out. New fuse and I was good to go. I can't give a DOA product a 5 star but I was back in business in 10 minutes and I love a product that can be repaired!
