I'll keep this brief.
It's attractive and well made. Note: It doesn't have it's own connector, you just poke your cable through a hole and lock it in with this included clip. It works fine for me. What I really like about it since the connector kinda pokes up through the hole and there's no indentation for the phone, you can leave most cases on the iPhone and still place it in the stand. This isn't true for the apple version. This also means you can hear the speaker just fine.

Construction on this is quite good. The only part that I found a bit flakey was the plastic piece that holds the cord in. When you place the iphone on it, it pushes back out sometimes. I have an Incase hard case on my iPhone. I had to take a blade and carve away some plastic to get it to sit on the cradle and the connector reach the iPhone. That's no fault of the cradle though. It's nice. pick one up because it beat the hell out of the apple branded cradle.Customer Review: Good but could be better!

The charger stand/dock works great just as advertised for iphones with protective covers on. The only negative encountered is the retaining clip will come loose if you are too "rough" seating the phone to the dock. Not a great big deal, just a disappointing pain they should be able to fix.
Plan to buy a second one even with the flaw.
