Me and my wife are using this (listening to the best of George Michael)as I'm writing it...This little thing is simply awesome..I have purchased it at ~$150.00 from well known electronic giant since at the time amazon didn't have them in stock and those stores had them on sale. I don't think it's worth of spending X2 as much on Bose unit, I would rate it second right after Bose. All the other units don't even come close to what this Klipsch can deliver at this price range. Comes with neat remote. Usually my best second half don't agree with my electronics purchases ( I buy a lot) but this time is different...If You're looking for speaker system for Your iPod this is it!!! Buy it and and don't think You will regret this purchase after You set it up (very easy) and listen to it at home...Happy Holidays everyone and lets hope this coming new year will be better than the last one for all of us here in the US and all over the world.Customer Review: Half the price as BOSE and just as good!

I'm a VERY picky person when it comes to sound, and a huge music fan. I spent about a half hour at Best Buy plugging my I pod nano into every I pod dock they had on display, this Bose was great, but it was $400, so i tried the Klipsch, just as good! i turned it up ALL The way in the store, and the employee's and tons of Christmas shoppers didn't seem to mind. it has a surprising amount of bass for such a small object, and sounds great even at max volume, with little if any distortion. The "line in" is one of the reasons i choose this over a Bose, i can plug it into my computer (awesome internet radio!) or use it for movies on my TV, simply with a 6 foot $3 headphone cable.
The remote is useless except for <10' muting and track skipping. although Ive got remote reception up to 20' its not likely.
for an alarm clock, you can use your I pods alarm (make a "wake up" playlist).

I like minimal-looking, elegant yet functional tech solutions, and this little speaker set is amazing. My house has 10ft ceilings, open construction. I have my iGroove right at the juncture of the living room/dining room/kitchen, circa 600+ square feet coverage, and the sound completely fills the space. Admittedly, I'm no expert audiophile, but I've tried my iPod on various EQ settings, and I think the "electronic" setting provides the most balanced sound for this space - but play with the settings on yours to see what you prefer. Added bonus: without using a docking adapter, the existing dock accommodates my 5G iPod with its hardshell case. This system is cheaper than the Bose, and I don't see how the Bose could possibly perform better. Plus the Klipsch is also slightly smaller, and (I think anyway) more attractive. How do you review something that's as near perfect as possible. Sound GREAT! Room filling. Amazing for it's size. Easy to use. Yes you have to be in sight view to use the remote. And that was my only fault with this system. The "feel" of the remote should be easy and smooth. It's not. Hard edges but really just an annoyance. They should have looked at Apples remote.
Hefty for it's size. The power brick is normal size. The sound is really, really HUGE for it's size. Even at top volume the speakers hold the sound true and rich. iPod alarm works perfectly so it can double as an alarm clock as long as you're not an extra sleep button hitter.
I love the sleep timer. I'd been using the TV sleep timer and have found I sleep better listening to some decent music.
Overall a great little machine.

I won this through a charity raffle. I was going to simply sell in on eBay or Amazon Marketplace, but I wanted to turn it on to make sure it worked.
After listening to one song, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell it anymore. After listening to about 10 more songs, I was sold. I don't really need it, but this thing sounds so great that I will make sure I find a use for it.
This thing could easily function as a sound system for a party or out on the patio hanging out by the pool in the summer. It's pretty compact (maybe 1 CD case tall by 2 CD cases wide) but it is definitely packed with power. I cranked it up pretty high and the sound quality never skipped a beat. Great bass, great sound. Simply a great product. Klipsch appears to be as good as I've always heard.
