Very useful and handy when you need to transfer files. It's best to have more memory then needed just in case you might need more space later. Bring pictures to work to show friends. Transfer music from laptop to desktop. Better then having to burn a disc when you just want a simple transfer. Waiting for when they will offer USB car radio input so you don't need to have CD's in your car, just bring in the flash drive and pop it in for mp3's. With 8 GB of storage space, this flash drive will hold the entire contents of my office computer's My Documents folder, even hundreds of pictures. But maybe the best thing about it is not having to deal with garbage programs pre-installed like I found on a SanDisk flash drive I had purchased previously. If I have one complaint it is about the little thumb slide that pushes out the USB connection. It doesn't work as smoothly as the slide on my SanDisk.Customer Review: Great Product...Great Price!

Easy to use. I love that it has 8 gigs. I've had it about 3 weeks and I've used it over 20 times. It's great for moving music files from my work computer to my iPod, my other MP3 player, my home computer, friend's computers and iPods, etc. Also, I got a new computer at work, and it only took a few minutes to get all my important files and settings off my old computer and onto my new computer. Got this little sucker at a great price (thanks, Amazon!) for my wife. Way more room than she'll ever need. She mainly uses it for transferring MS Office docs from desktop to lappy. Also love the fact there isn't any crappy software installed on it. Transfer speeds are fine. The only quibble is the teeny-tiny space to loop a lanyard string onto. That got a bit frustrating. Overall, my wife is very satisfied with this little doo-dad.Customer Review: Great drive

Very nice thumb drive. I haven't reformatted to NTFS yet, which should make it operate even faster, but have no gripes about the current FAT32 speeds.
Activity light is small and not distractive, just enough to be able to verify it's working.
Feels solid enough for what it is. I don't expect it to last forever, after two years I'll want a bigger one anyway. I think this thing will last two years.
