I bought the Kingston Data Traveler to put all my granddaughter's photos on, so I can take them to get printed. I had been using a CD, but this works much better and I can delete the photos after printing and start over again. Its great! I am sure I will think of other things to use it for. well, this worked great for the short time i had it, lots of space, no U3 junk, and transfer rate wasn't bad.
I changed my pc case, so i badly conected the usb connectors on the mother board, plugged this jump drive in and it got fried.
had to order a new one, but still a great product!!!

I got the 8gb to use with my aluratek internet radio. I used to have a Kingston about 10 years ago, but when I moved it got lost in the shuffle. That was back when they cost a lot more money. This one seems to work just the same as that one did. It's fast, doesn't lock up, no problems.

I'm very happy with this item. It is not the first time I'm purchasing Kingston Data Traveler flash drive, I also got a 128GB. They seam to be the easiest to use with all type of computers (PC or Mac; desktops or laptops). The shipment was prompt and in good shape. I am very pleased with my Kingston DataTraveler 8GB flash drive!! I owned a 2GB drive from the same manufacturer, and this one works exactly the same and performs just like my old one. My computer recognized it right away (XP), and I have not encountered any problems. Highly recommended!!
