I am running Windows 7, however, unlike a couple other posts, I had to use the installation disk that came with the adapter in order to get my computer to recognise my palm. I got no issues doing this. For those using this to sync a palm, the com port needed to set up the virtual port in sync manager is com 7. Once I set up the virtual port in palm sync, it worked like a charm.Customer Review: Works Great in Windows 7

I am totally impressed with this Bluetooth Adapter. After buying an El-Cheepo adapter off of ebay and dealing with it continually dropping connection, this adapter is fantastic! It just works!! I am running Windows 7 Professional and did not even need the included software. Windows just went out to the net and downloaded the proper drivers.Customer Review: Plug and Play

I bought this adapter to help connect a Toshiba laptop to a wireless Bluetooth Apple keyboard. The Kensington adapter works flawlessly. The really nice feature is that the device is so small. As with any bluetooth item you are never really sure how well they work. I read the reviews and thought i would give it a try. I'm glad I did.
I have a bluetooth mouse and keyboard (Logitec) that I use for my desktop computer. This adapter was the ticket. Installed easily, performs flawlessly. What more can I say!!

Be aware you may have issues on Windows 7 once there is no official driver for it yet. Took me over 3 hours to get it working properly.
The issue is not with the device, but my rate is low to make the vendor aware the problems they need to follow on for Win7.
By then way, another bad OS M$ has.
