I just used this guy for my recent presentation and the performance was great. Smooth, practical and with the essentials of a presenter, this pointer is what you need if you don't use mouse interaction presentations.
Forward, Back, Laser and screen blocker are the 4 main functions for you to interact with the public and the get best out of it.

I purchased this device about one month ago to use in a presentation. I've used it 6 or 7 times since then and it operates perfectly. I have used it up to 15' to 20' from my laptop without issue. It is small and fits the palm of the hand nicely. I presented a technical learning course with well over 200 slides (death by Powerpoint) and it is absolutely flawless. The device was purchased for personal teaching and seminars needs but now it is often used for Departmental seminars. It works flawlessly with any computer and powerpoint program. The pointer is powerful and is designed for larger rooms, if used in a small room, very close to the screen the point may be small. It is a must for programs that invite speakers who are not familiar with the remote control of powerpoint presentations.Customer Review: Works as advertised

Simple and reliable. It does what it's supposed to: navigate through a PowerPoint presentation with the added feature of a laser pointer. Major bonus for people like me who had a remote/presenter that worked on lower frequencies, this Kensington presenter works on a high enough frequency that it can overcome interference from an LCD projector. Also, many others, like the popular Targus line, don't work on Macs. This one does.
