I recommended this product for people moving to Thailand because of the problems of roving dog packs, called "soi dogs". Packs can be too dangerous for this device, but one, two, or even three dogs is manageable. I've tried it out before and the dogs stay at bay. They will still bark, but will watch their leader. If the leader ceases its aggression, so will the rest of the dogs. Holding the dog dazer in my hand also increases my confidence, which, I'm sure, the dogs can sense. This is a recommended device especially for anyone moving overseas to countries where animal control is not what it is in the United States. You will feel tremendously better!
