Customer Review: Excellent earbuds and Excellent customer service.

I bought these earbuds in May 2009 and I have found them to be a whole lot better than the Apple earbuds. You have 3 different sizes of eartips so you can find which one is most comfortable for you. I also really like the sound quality because the sound is very rich and the bass is very good in these earbuds. But, you should let them play for 24 hrs. straight like they tell you to do because that is what gives them their excellent quality of sound. One thing I don't like is how loud the volume is with these earbuds because I have the volume cranked all the way down, but they are still too loud for me, but that is my only complaint and it is a pretty lame complaint at that. I also had to get a new pair because the wiring that connects to the plug, that wore out and I would have to position the wire in a certain way to get good sound quality, so I called Jlab to get a second pair because they were still under warranty. I was probably on the phone for 4 min. max with the customer service guy. They came 3 days later. That was an example of outstanding customer service. I highly recommend these earbuds to anyone who doesn't like the very uncomfortable Apple earbuds.Customer Review: Very Good Sound and Very Good Value!

These came in a nice and shiny hanging box, so you might not even need to gift-wrap it if you are giving a last-minute gift!
The product is black and the style is similar to more expensive products. There are three sizes of cushions to help obtain a sung fit inside your ear and block out sound. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods. These earphones are as good at blocking out sound as the Sony earphones I have, but do not have active noise cancellation. The J2's are also half the price! The J2s seem to produce louder sound than other earphones I have used. The connections and strain relief seem very solid. The bass seems to be very good, much better than with the Sony earphones. The cable is of a nice length that is not too long.
The J2 earphones seem to be a good value, even though they do not come with a case. They are very much worth considering when choosing new earbuds!

These earbuds are great! I've never much liked earbuds. The ones I have tried in the past have been very uncomfortable for me and even caused my ears to start hurting after a relatively short time.
These earbuds on the other hand are extremely comfortable. I could wear them all day. They come with three different earpieces (the part the actually fits in your ear). This allows a user to customize the fit to their own ear.
The sound is terrific. The sound is comparable to much more costly headphones. They work great with the iPod, and given their comfort your battery will run out long before your ears will tire out.
There has been some mention in the comments here about customer service issues. I can't comment on what it was six month ago but whatever problems they may have had are gone now. I had an issue with them (they stopped working) a little over a week ago. I sent them a note through the contact form on their website. I got a reply a few hours later and within four days had a new pair of earbuds --no muss, no fuss. They are an excellent company and I would not hesitate to do business with them again!!!

As many people have already stated these earbuds sound fantastic. In order to achieve the best possible sound you most definitely need to let them "break in" at a mid-upper volume level for at least 24 hours to allow the inner driver(s) to loosen up a bit. They will not sound great until you do this. Simply plug them into the audio device of your choice and allow them to play for a day or two. I have accumulated over 75 hours of listening time on these and they continue to sound better each time I listen to them. Their acoustic range is incredibly vast for such a small package and even listening to very bass heavy hip-hop and drum and bass music these earbuds never distort or sound "bottomed out" or "tinny". I did a lot of research when shopping for earbuds and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Nothing else under $100 even touches these. JLabs did an incredible job with this product and seem to be a top notch company both in terms of their products and customer service. Do yourself a favor and throw the crappy stock earbuds that came with your iPhone/iPod/MP3 device away and buy these, you will definitely be glad you did.Customer Review: How can you not be satisfied?

Wow! A wonderful product at a great price.
These Jbuds are awesome!
- Good noise canceling: cars sound like hovercrafts (you only hear engines.)
- Great sound: I didn't even do the 24 hour burn-in and I'm satisfied. Good overall sound, and you actually hear the subtle sounds. After I took them off, my ears felt weird (in a good way). It had this watery feeling: must be the aftereffect of an eargasm. haha
- Cool design: looks better in person than amazon pictures..I got the electric blue.
- Loudness: loud enough...my ipod was turned up half way and I could hear the sound when they weren't in my ear.
- Construction: firm..the 3.5mm metal thing actually fits in well...as compared to ipod headphones.
Overwhelmingly satisfied. I might sound too positive but I mean, come on..its 20 bucks. If you pay careful attention to that frequency distribution stuff, then buy professional ear buds. I think this is a great product for people for who don't want moderate ear buds but don't want to buy on the professional end. Best in its class. Why are you still reading? Get some!
