I had just received a pair of these to upgrade from the standard pair of earphones for my iPod nano. The old earphones were good but tended to hurt my ears after a while. After receiving The jbuds, I was impressed! They are very comfortable in the ears and have extremely good sound quality...they also are very good at blocking out outside noise so you can concentrate on listening to your music and tune out the outside world. The guys at Jlabs have a great product and I highly recommend it. The people there were so nice that they sent me a second pair that had been upgraded in a few ways after I talked to them about what I liked and didn't like about their product...So if you're looking for a good set of earbuds for not a lot of $$$, look no further.Customer Review: WAY better than stock iPod or Sony earbuds!!!

For the price you will not find better. I searched long and hard for some good earbuds and my search has ended now that I have the Jbuds. Not only are they extremely comfortable, but they sound fantastic!!! Excellent bass response that doesn't drown out the highs and mids. They are crystal clear and great for all types of music. Excellent customer service as well, which is more that I can say for some companies. Don't waste your money on anything else in their price range! As a suggestion, I highly recommend that you allow your earbuds to "break in" for a couple of hours. This is completely normal for headphones and speakers alike. Once broken in, you will notice an improvement in the bass response and overall sound - ENJOY!!!Customer Review: Excellent product, great price, beats the competition, highly recommend.

I was searching for an earbud for my husband that would fit his very small ear canals at a reasonable price, given that I just purchased for him $250 ipod for X-Mas and I didn't want to spend the same amount on some earbuds. I read the reviews left by previous customers on this board and many users stated that the sound quality was as good as Shure e3c's (I can't confirm that but I'll take their word for it) and another person said that the JBuds fit his small ear canals perfectly. For $20, I was sold. My husband is ecstatic that FINALLY he has earphones that fit and comfortably at that. The sound is excellent when we compared it to the the 7 other headphones in our house (all around $15 - 30). I bought these to replace the original buds that came with my Ipod. All in all for $15 bucks I can't complain, there comfortable, the sound is pretty clean with respectable bass. What I did discover was my EQ menu on my ipod. When I shuffle songs and go from rock to acoustic or even blues I wind up playing with the EQ settings on my ipod. Going from Nirvana on the default EQ setting to Lyle Lovette - well Lyle sounds like he's singing in a shoebox. The R&B setting on the EQ works the best for my taste if I am in shuffle mode and do not want to mess with my ipod all the time. If you buy these and are finding your favorite artist doesn't sound quite right play with your mp3 player's eq and see if that helps.Customer Review: Great For Flights

I bought these earphones specifically to be used during airline flights. I watch movies on my zune and had previously used stock ipod earphones during flights. I would have to put the zune volume to its max level, 20, and still it would be difficult to hear dialogue in the movies. When using these earphones, I only had to set the volume level to 11 and I was able to hear everything without a problem. Music sounded great too; I was able to hear sounds that previously were being muffled out by the airplane noise. I would recommend these for anyone who needs earphone for flights. They are very comfortable and they come with three different sized earbud attachments, enabling one to get the right fit.
