Customer Review: Great earbuds for my Ipod and customer service top-notch!

I bought these back in July and have been using them with my Ipod Nano for running. I love these earbuds! They work well with my Ipod, the sound is wonderful and they fit perfectly in my ear because of the silicon inserts that come in small to large sizes. They also come with a one-year warranty.
I had an issue where the right one went out on me. I emailed the company, gave them some pertinent information (vendor, date of purchase, jbud model) and was told that they would send them out First Class mail the next day. I got them before the week was out! The customer service was courteous and speedy. I am SO impressed with this company and their products that I have told my husband to buy from Jlabs. I have recommended the product to friends as well.
These days it is getting increasingly harder to find companies that will stand by their products/services. So it is refreshing to find one one whose number one priority is customer service and satisfaction.
Buy these- you won't regret it!

These are the most comfortable ear buds I've ever worn! I have always hated the plastic ones that come with everything, and even bought a different pair of rubber-ish ones that still hurt my ears. Then a friend recommended Jbuds and told me that they were so comfortable she slept in them. Well, I haven't slept in them yet, but holy cow these are comfy! They're so small that they fit right in even my weirdly shaped ears, and they really cancel out other noise way better than I expected because of their size. I can't really speak about durability yet since I just got them yesterday, and it seems that it would be possible for the rubber parts to fall off, but they also came with 4 extra rubber attachments, so that takes care of that!
I am by no means a music professional or even a connoisseur, but I listen to music every day at the gym or on walks, and I would really recommend these at least for activities like that if you're like me and the plastic ones that come with stuff make your ears want to cry :)

I have a pair of JBuds and a pair of Shure SCL4 earphones. I bought them to replace my iPod earphones, which lacked bass and were not comfortable. I have been using the JBud and Shure earphones for the past 3 months. The JBuds deliver more bass than the iPod earphones, although they also dampen the treble at the same time. The JBuds fit firmly and comfortably in the ears. The Shure earphones also provide more bass than iPod's earphones, but they also maintain superior treble sounds compared to the JBuds. The Shure also are extremely comfortable. The problem is the price tag. For $20 these JBuds are the best value earphone you will find, period. The Shure earphones cost something like $180, i.e. nine pairs of JBud earphones! If you want more bass and comfort than the iPod earphones, the JBuds are at least the best starting point. Buy these, and then go to an electronics store and compare them to similarly-priced or even more expensive earphones, and you will see the JBuds definitely outperform their competition.Customer Review: Great Product & Value

When I got my new ipod I quickly found that the earphones that came with it were 1 very uncomfortable and 2 not all that great sounds wise so the hunt was on to find ones that were both comfortable and reproduced good sound. After much looking...and numerous pairs of earphones that are now in the 'not these' pile I found Jbuds! These little earphones are some of the most comfortable that I have come across..and with 3 sets of soft silicone ear pieces you can customize them to your ear...a very nice feature. This is especially nice for getting that good fit that blocks out extranious noise (the noise reduction part). And the sound reproduction is excellent. I spend a fair amount of time flying and it is nice to be able to use my ipod and not have to crank up the volume so high and still not be able to hear all that well over the plane noise. For the price you cannot beat this set of ear phones! You could spend a lot more money on a set of earphones but I do not see why you would when Jbuds are available!Customer Review: Great Value. I bought a pair of these headphones in January and I love them! I use these for my Ipod Nano for when I listen to podcasts and audiobooks when I go running. They're great. They fit my ears perfectly and drown out the outside noise. The sound is a lot more full than the sound on the headphones that came with the Ipod Nano, and these headphones have made my runs a lot more pleasant, since before, with my old headphones, the background noise was a bit distracting.
Unfortunately, a week and a half ago, the sound went out on the left headphone, and would go on and off intermittently depending on the position of the cord. I e-mailed customer service and they sent me a brand new pair right away (as the product carries a one year warranty). I e-mailed them on Monday and got the new pair on Saturday. The customer service was GREAT!!
In short, I love the headphones, the one year warranty, and the customer service. I recommend these headphones, and will certainly buy these again once!
