Customer Review: These earphones convinced me to write my first review

I have never written a review on amazon.com, or any website for that matter, and I've been online shopping for a very long time. These headphones are what I've been looking for for so long. I never thought I especially had a difficult time fitting earbuds in my ears, but somehow these so much better than any earphones I've ever had. The bass is perfect (even though it is always adjustable via EQ for iPod owners), and the noise reducing actually is TRUE, unlike most earphone claims, as I can have my iPod set to half volume and I still don't hear my obnoxiously loud fish tank at home or people talking while they walk by me on campus.
Also, I can have my iPod up all the way on volume and I don't hear one crack in the sound, even on my hardest and loudest songs.
And once again, I CANNOT get over how amazingly these fit, just with the original size of the rubber covers still on them. I've yet to try out the other sizes, but if they fit even better, I'm convinced that I will continue to buy these headphones for the rest of my musical life.
BUY THEM. I would have paid four times the amount I paid for these if I knew they were these good ahead of time.
Earphones just don't get better than this. I can't even imagine how they could.
Customer Review: Great "isolation" headphone option

These headphones sound great, are comfortable, and most importantly they block out a lot of outside noise. One of my pet peeves while working at a local coffee shop is all the background noise (especially the super-trendy music). I used to listen to my own music with some over-the-ear headphones, but I had to crank them up sometimes to block all the background noise. With these headphones, I can keep my music turned down nice and low while eliminating or reducing most background noise to a low murmur. It works great for what I wanted.
As far as sound quality, the bass isn't too bad for a small headphone and all the mids and highs sound clean and crisp. The fidelity is so good on these headphones I can listen at very low volumes and the sound is still crisp. Still, when it comes to sound quality, there's no substitute for a big old set of ear-muff style headphones. Since I'm not going to carry those all over, this is the next best option. I would definitely recommend them.
One word of warning - watch the volume on your computer. If you plug in while it's cranked up, your ears will be ringing. Sounds obvious I know, but these things sit right up against your ear drum. Caution is the word.

I am no audio snob, so I can't speak to the finer points of these earbuds; I have no idea how their bass compares to that of other buds, etc. That said, I really like these. They block a lot of the noise on the subway, even at lower-volumes. They are good, clear-sounding little earbuds. Plus, I have tiny ears, and trouble finding earbuds that stay in comfortably, but on the smallest fitting these were snug, comfortable and stayed put. These work well, are cost effective, and light-weight. Definitely my favorites so far (having tried a few other brands, which were either ill-fitting or fuzzy-sounding).
But the greatest thing about these earbuds is that they are by JLab, who has the BEST customer service I've ever encountered. When one of the earbuds lost audio, I emailed to ask what I had to do to get them replaced under my warrenty (expecting the lengthy headache I once had trying to get a defective discman replaced by Sony ages ago). I received a polite, friendly response from a gentleman in customer service the same day, and new earbuds two days later by USPS. The responsive, timely, no-hassle, polite, aim-to-please attitude of their customer service department is outstanding.

I ordered Jbuds in April 2009 and my left ear bud suddenly stopped working in September 2009. I definitely think JLab has products of great quality, so I guess this was just a one-time problem with my specific EarBuds. However, I want to emphasize something else. I contacted Jlab in September 2009 and was very very angry that I had to spend money on new earbuds especially considering the fact I had already spent money on earbuds just a few months go. JLab replied immediately and told me they are sending me new JBuds and did not even care to ask me to send back the old ones. The company trusted me completely and reacted really professionally and helpfully. I got my new Earbuds in less than 5 days and I am very happy with them! And the quality again is great, but in fact, I do not really care what the quality is since I am so pleasantly impressed by my contact with the customer service department - next time when I need to buy something I am definitely choosing JLab again since this is a company that respects its customers and treats them the way every company should treat clients - with an undeniable trust, complete responsibility for its products and prompt assistance!!!!Customer Review: Noise canceling is effective, grt customer support

When I first purchased this product, I just figured that I was just purchasing another set of headphones as in the past. These buds, for what they cost have exceded their value. The noise canceling feature works great though you do get some ambient sound, which is the usual with all earbuds. I also have another set up the ear paded headphones, though they are different, they cannot be over for extended period of time unlike these. There is no pain following or during usage of these earbuds. These are a comfortable set. Besides the good earbuds, I think for me the biggest thing is the customer service from the manufacture, JLabs. I lost sound in one of the earbuds and emailed Jlabs regarding the matter. They stood by their product and with prompt response to my email they sent me a new pair without any charge. The new buds didn't take too long to come either. I think and believe I've got my money worth for this product. I've dealt with other companies in the past and they weren't effective, but JLabs, well lets just say, you can trust these guys. I strongly suggest these new set of buds to any buyer. These are deff. worth the money.
