Customer Review: Did not work with Windows 98

This is a good product, but it did not include a Windows 98 driver -- not good. I was already unhappy with Windows 98, so this was the clincher. I went back to Windows 95. This, of course, meant rebuilding my PC from scratch, but I have done this before so it was not a huge problem for me. Then the V3 racing wheel installed just fine and does actually work very nicely, especially for the price. I assume Interact will create a driver for Windows 98, if they have not already.Customer Review: Where's the Customer Support?

As noted by another reviewer, I also experienced problems with the V3 and my HP Pavilion. This did not make me as angry as the fact that I have e-mailed Interact twice without receiving any kind of response. I strongly suggest that anyone considering buying this product should look elsewhere. There are many other racing wheels that provide top quality and have customer support that actually exists.Customer Review: IT DOESNT WORK

The device drivers for this product did not work on my W98 - HP Pavillion, which is a very standard configuration. The product documentation does not include an 800 line for customer support. Their toll customer support number was closed for the entire holiday break - this really was impressive. Basically this product was a very big disappointment. It may look really nice but there is no excuse for the product not working RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX.Customer Review: The V3 Racing Wheel

As someone who personally owns one, the V3 racing wheel is as good as it gets. I am an 11 year old who takes my racing games seriously. The V3 racing wheel is the ultimate when it comes to that last lap. It has a digital pad on the top of the wheel incase you aren't so good at steering. Interact has a long range of gaming products. I also currently own the Ultra Racer. It only cost me $20. It has pretty good steering but takes about a few minutes to get used to it. That doesn't affect it much. It is still nice. So buy a V3 racing wheel and buy a ultra racer with it!
