The device drivers for this product did not work on my W98 - HP Pavillion, which is a very standard configuration. The product documentation does not include an 800 line for customer support. Their toll customer support number was closed for the entire holiday break - this really was impressive. Basically this product was a very big disappointment. It may look really nice but there is no excuse for the product not working RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX.Customer Review: Horrible!

This was the first wheel I got, and man, I tell you, it's horrible. Please don't waste your money. There are several bad points. 1) The mounting system. Whoever thought up that idea wasn't very smart. 2) The pedals. The springs go bad in them in about 2 weeks. 3) The overall durability of the wheel. Mine broke after about 3 months. I got another one, and it broke too. I finally said enough and bought a Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP.Customer Review: Where's the Customer Support?

As noted by another reviewer, I also experienced problems with the V3 and my HP Pavilion. This did not make me as angry as the fact that I have e-mailed Interact twice without receiving any kind of response. I strongly suggest that anyone considering buying this product should look elsewhere. There are many other racing wheels that provide top quality and have customer support that actually exists.Customer Review: This thing sucks

Neat set up, to bad I could not use it. There are some cards this thing will not work with. The only way to find out if it is going to work on your system is to sit on hold with the no toll free number for 20 min so you can be told by a rude service rep that your system is incompadable. I have had as much trouble with as anyone else and THIS WHEEL SUCKS...it would be awesome if it actually worked right. The concept is great but the software/programming or whatever design side of it is HORRIBLE. DON'T BUY THIS...not even that $5 offer on that other guys review
