Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Interact V3 Racing WheelCustomer Review: Worked well, until it fell apart! Summary: 2 Stars
I recieved this racing wheel a few years ago as a birthday present. I had an easy time hooking it up to the computer, and installing the software. I calibrated it and it was off to Need For Speed III. Now right off, I was unhappy about something: the way you use the wheel. Instead of a desk clam, the wheel has a base that slides between your legs and the chair (this product is not for parapalegics)and this puts the wheel at a very unrealistic position, even when the tilt feature is used.Fast forward about a year. When I try to play Need For Speed Porsche Unleashed, the pedals stop working. I try other games and they will not work. I discovered the cord has to be in just the right postion to make a connection. Very inconvienient having to keep the cord in a delicate position while racing online... Next, just recently while playing NASCAR Heat, I was making a relitivly slight turn and *SNAP* something broke, and the wheel went loose and wouldn't work. Something inside obviously snapped, but I cannot get to it. I am now without a wheel, and am ordering the Thrustmaster NASCAR Force Feedback Wheel. I suggest you do the same.

Customer Review: 100% sensitivity Summary: 2 Stars
The previously mentioned over sensitivity of this product is actually being underestimated. In both the cases of the pedals, and the steering wheel, it is calibrated in the sense of there being a small null zone, then 100% sensitivity. Meaning it is literally impossible to have the steering/brake/throttle anywhere between 100%-0%, its a "snap to full" calibration if you will. DO NOT BUY
Customer Review: V3 Racing wheel Summary: 2 Stars
I bought the wheel about 2 years ago on my old computer and worked for a couple months untel the new direct x came out and it was conflicting with it so i went to there website and downloaded the driver. I now have it on windows 98 and on my new computer which is windows 2000 with 1.4 gigahertz
Customer Review: You can do better Summary: 2 Stars
I purchased a V3 Racing Wheel and experienced a lot of difficulting getting it's drivers to work on both Win98 and Win2000. I would recommend ThrustMaster's Nascar Racing Wheel. I much better purchase for me.
