I did have some problems installing it because I'm not the PC tech, but the 1-800 customer service people were amongst the best I ever encountered. I don't get the previous reviewer's problem, what do expect for the price. I guess if I become a better game player I may look at more expensive pads, but this does the job and I saved enough to buy a new mouse.Customer Review: It works!

I found that the controller was very similiar to that of a playstation controller. But the thing that erked me was the lack of installation support.
