This unit has everything you need for a better FPS experience, built in mods, full programmability. Had it up and running in a few minutes, had no problems so I don't know about support. The Ideazon website is pretty helpful and seems well maintained. I use it for all my FPS games, the layout of the control is better than the keyboard, so much so that I've stopped using my Logitech G-15 keyboard when gaming. I think if you have VERY small hands (10 years old) it might be a little big for you...once you grow into it, you'll be very happy.Customer Review: Great! Has already changed the way i play!

I love this thing it is comfortable and easy to use. If you get this though make sure and download the software form the website, the version that came on my disc wouldn't let you customize the buttons. The custom buttons are great, it will even let you put pauses in a multi keystroke macro, which some games won't let you do. Now I have one button that finishes most fights in WoW! I love this this thing, I would marry this thing, if this thing and I got married and had kids I would sell those kids on ebay.Customer Review: Great Product

I love this product. It does everything it claims it does, and does them very well. It is also designed for both right and left handed people, so my friend can use it when he comes over. The layout is nice, having almost all of the keys in reach without moving my hand. The media buttons are also nice to use. The only downside to this product is that you have to program the game to the gamepad, and not the gamepad to the game.Customer Review: Fang is VISTA compatible! Terrific for WOW

Been using it for hours daily for World of Warcraft. It transitioned from XP to Vista with no problems. Did lose my custom setup for WOW mainly because I did not look to see where the files were kept. The Fang just had an offical update to Vista today (which is why I am letting folks know).
Fits the hand well, button layout great, esp numbers, custom design of key mapping. What is not to love?

This Gamepad is very easy to format for your favorite games. It's handy and much easier to use than a keyboard. The price is very reasonable as well. Once you install it (simply insert cable into a USB port), you will be up and running in minutes. You will never want to go back to a keyboard after trying this. Your scores and your gaming enjoyment will both increase with this gamepad.
