Customer Review: A GOOD WAY TO STORE CD'S

I had about a hundred or more CD's strewn on my living room rug in fron tof my CD player. I thought about my options: 1) Leave the CD's on the floor and let people step all over them, 2) Throw them away, 3) Buy a big rack to put them in, 4) By these boxes. I decided to try the boxes. I now have most of my CD's IN the boxes and the boxes put in the corner of the room. This seems to be one of the better ways to deal with all those little CD plastic boxes. Yes, there is a slight smell of rubber that comes from them. But, the smell isn't apparent unless you're sniffing VERY close to the boxes. This is the right size one that takes TWO ROWS of CD's..the other smaller one is only good for ONE ROW of CD's....so I suggest you buy this larger size. boland7214@aolCustomer Review: GORILLA GLUE IS THE KEY

THE SNAPS DO UNSNAP AND THE BOX COMES APART EASILY. I PUT GORILLA GLUE ON ALL OF THE SNAPS AND NOW IT IS PERFECT. I FILLED BOTH SIDES OF THE BOX AND NOTHING COMES UNSNAPPED. I have over 2000 discs to store, and this seemed to be the best way to do it without spindles. They are very lightweight on their own, but get fairly heavy when loaded with 300+ discs. They seem like they're pretty sturdy as long as you aren't moving them all over the place. Handling one box is harmless enough, but when I tried to slide a stack of 4 of them across the carpet, one of the snaps came undone. Since my husband is a big fan of mostly rock and blues musics, with nearly 400 cds, I bought several of these boxes for his birthday on Flag Day. They have made our den/futon bedroom so much neater!!! He used to have the music in two computer boxes and like seven shoe boxes. Now, especially with the covers, there's organization and neatness. I'm a Public Librarian, so these boxes are perfect! Thanks Snap-N-Store! Also, so easy to set up, as the name implies, just snap to make the boxes. I've been recording a ton of TV using a DVR. I needed to organize the ever growing pile of discs. Jewel cases weren't too easy to store - but the discs inside a paper sleeve seemed to be the way to go. I'd experimented with a few plastic tubs with lackluster results.
This easy to assemble storage box is exactly what I needed. It is the right size and is surprisingly rugged in construction. And when I fill it up, I'll order another!
Two thumbs up for a great idea.
