I use these boxes to store DVDs and all of my movies fit in the boxes perfectly. The lid is a bit bigger than the box but I find that to be true for all Snap-N-Store products so keep that in mind. Snapping together the boxes is totally simple and the snaps create a nice accent to the box. The black coloring is a matte finish so the shiny accents pop against the subtleness of the color. These boxes create a much better look for use on shelves or even on the floor than would a bunch of DVDs stacked on top of one another. The price really beats any other media box out there and does the job well!Customer Review: Product Update

These are great DVD storage cases as anyone who has them already knows. I ordered some more recently and as of April 2009 I want to point out a product update in terms of style. The cases now have an all black interior, both on the inside of the box and the lid, whereas older versions had an all white interior. The new cases are no longer being shipped with an insert card to label the contents on. At least this is how the cases arrived from the vendor, ReStockIt.Customer Review: Luv 'Em + Suggestion

I've used Snap 'N Store boxes in other sizes for other purposes as well. These hold exactly 26 DVDs in their cases without a problem. A couple of reviews mentioned the snaps coming undone while handling the boxes. My suggestion: if you don't plan on disassembling them again, put a dot of super glue on the snaps as you assemble them.
By the way, if you are not familiar with them, they ship flat and snap together in seconds.

I have used these great storage boxes for years. They are attractive, sturdy, stackable and hold a lot. I threw away all of the otehr storage boxes that I have had over the years because you could never find that design again when it was time to buy more. So after a mess of unstackable boxes of different sizes, designes and capabilities, I found this brand and have been with it every since. With all the DVDs we have acquired over the years, and with the addition of three little tikes, it was very difficult moving stacks of them around the various shelves without the "tower" falling all over me and the floor. These storage boxes have been FANTASTIC!!! Now we have a place for all our DVDs, and I can actually keep them in alphabetical order.
