I purchases this as a time saver from moving my notes from handwritten to word docs. I was amazed at the easy of use from loading the program to the first test. The BIG positive on this unit is that you do not have to purchase special paper to work with the pen and receiver. I really like that I get a PDF of my handwritten notes and the option to convert the doc to MS Word or Textpad. I have been showing this to all my co-workers and friends who will give me 2 minutes to do a show and tell.
Limitations that were expected (I have no problem with this but should point them out):
Charts that you draw are not converted to Word/Textpad
The 'HOW TO' manual is only in soft copy (print it from the program) so do not expect a booklet in the package
There is a 'learning' curve to the program in translating your hand writing and short hand notes
