These cables are cheap, and they work beautifully. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I recently bought my first HDTV, and was terribly dissapointed to discover the world of HDTV lag. In short, when you are playing a video game on an HDTV, the game will react about a quarter of a second after you push a button instead of the instant reactions we're used to.
If you play games like Wii Sports you'll never notice the difference, but put in a game that requires exact timing like Mario Golf and you'll find it's impossible to hit a good shot!
I bought these cables because I had read that the HDTV lag is solved by using HDTV cables and setting the Wii to it's HD settings. Sure enough, the cables arrive and the lag is gone! I can play Mario Golf again!
If you're looking to make your Wii's picture better, I'm sorry to say there's little you can do. These cables will make the smaller text easier to read, but there will be very little if any other differences. The Wii is NOT meant to produce that high-end pretty picture HDTV owners want. However, for this price ($7 for me after S&H) I would highly reccomend getting this for the slightly better picture and eliminating that irritating HDTV lag!

This product does NOT work!!! The picture only works for a few seconds and then goes out and then repeats. I ended up buying another cable from a different retailer and now I up and running.
