This item will allow you to display your PS3 to any LCD monitor regardless of the specs. I too had some trouble setting it up, but that was because I did not follow the instructions on the back of the box. These instructions are VERY important, as there are some steps for computer monitor setup that are important. READ THE BACK OF THE BOX AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND THIS ITEM WILL WORK GREAT on any monitor!!Customer Review: WORKS GREAT!

I bought these cables to use the Wii game system on an existing computer monitor we had laying around (it is about 4-5 years old). These cables work perfectly! We now have the Wii set up where everyone can use it, without tying up a TV. All I had to add was cheap speakers.Customer Review: Works just as intended
