This is the easiest remoteout there. The buttons are large which makes them easy to access and to see. My father, who has fine motor and vision problems, was becoming very frustrated with traditional remotes. We bought one of those large button remotes but the had way more buttons then he needed. My elderly father had a difficult time with every remote control we got for him for his TV. This product was a life saver. He had a difficult time seeing the numbers on the old remote controls and would push the wrong buttons. We have now purchased 2 of these remotes; one for my elderly parents and one for my wife's elderly mother. The remotes are easy to set up and to use, even for people with severe dementia. I bought this for my 88 year old mother because there are always too many buttons on regular remotes and I was always helping her. She would push the wrong buttons for features that confused her and couldn't get back to a normal screen. This is perfect for her. So simple to program, too. I purchased this remote for my mother. She is 82 and lives in an assisted living facility. With all other remotes, I was constantly having to go and figure out what buttons she had pressed to get the TV messed up. She said with this remote, "I tried to mess it up but couldn't". Music to my ears. Excellent product for the elderly!
