When I first got the desk, I was very disappointed because it was bent and it was a little scratched. I gave it a very poor rating.
I called the vendor and after speaking with customer service, they sent me out a new unit because it must have been damaged in shipping. Their customer service was very friendly and did not give me a hard time about replacing the desk.
The new unit came and I am pleased with it. It looks nice and my 17" widescreen laptop fits on it just perfectly. I keep it with my favorite chair and the whole setup looks modern. I used to get a lot of back aches using my laptop without the desk. Now I am very comfortable as I put in long hours studying.
I would recomment this product.
