I enjoy listening to foreign broadcasts, especially the BBC, and it is difficult to find continuous BBC broadcasts here in the US, unless you pay $12+/month for satellite radio...I wasn't even aware that Wi-fi internet radio's were available until I happened to see the CNet.com review a few days ago...This radio is a breeze to set up (it took me a bit longer than expected in that I didn't realize I needed to set up the radio on the Receiva web site)..Once it was set up, it was easy to program - the #of stations available is simply remarkable!! You can set up not only the 5 pre-sets, but also at least 10 additional stations by going to the 'my stuff' page on the radio..The speaker quality is unsurpassed!!! What a remarkable radio!!

Ever since we got back from Ireland my partner has been wanting a way to listen to Irish radio. I tried setting him up with a small laptop in the kitchen, but websites and navigating the web confuse and frustrate him. The Grace Wifi Radio was the perfect answer. It connected to my network so easily the instruction book was unnecessary. In moments my technophobe was sampling 128 Irish radio stations and thinking I'm a genius. The sound is fine, the controls are simple, connection was a breeze, and the price was fair. Cosmetically, it looks sleek. Also, the Grace Wifi Radio has some weight to it. It really feels substantial and not like some cheap feather plastic that's going to break down the first time it gets bumped.Customer Review: Everyone MUST have one!

We are constant listeners of streaming BBC, particularly the 'Listen Again' feature...we bought this as an experiment to replace a laptop we had in the kitchen, and the experience has been phenomenal! Customer Svc at Grace didn't know if they got BBC 'Listen Again' but for anyone wondering, it is fully operational! The sound quality is excellent, finding stations isn't entirely intuitive but once you've tuned it in a couple of times, it is simple. It is thrilling to have something that is so inexpensive perform so incredibly well...that doesn't happen often. Setup took minutes and zero frustration (Linksys LAN). Now I want one for every room in the house....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Customer Review: Buying a second one now...

It does almost everything right. This one has been out for about 4 years, and they've had the time to work out the bugs.
I got my first one about 2 weeks ago, and I'm ordering a second one now.
Very simple user interface. Got it up and playing in about 3 minutes...without looking at the manual. The audio output on the rear is in stereo...but the level is kinda low. I do wish there was a battery back-up for the clock. Bass and treble tone controls would be nice too. Other than those little cons, everything else is great.
I'm betting the second one won't be my last purchase either. I like it that much.

I moved from my hometown a few years ago, to another city about two hours away. I had been living with static-ridden baseball games and very limited radio station choices. When I saw this I decided to buy myself a toy. Within minutes it was up and running, and I was listening to the radio stations that I grew up with. The only disappointment so far is that the Internet version of the station that carries my team does not stream the play-by-play broadcast, so check on this if you are buying for that purpose. Also, the free version of Pandora doesn't seem to work, I will be subscribing. I never realized how much I missed listening to the radio!
