Customer Review: Great with an Atom CPU/MB

I bought this to use in the ONLY PCI slot on my Intel ATOM CPU/MB. Works great for 2 legacy 200 gig drives from the replaced machine and one new 750 gig drive as the C: drive on the new one. The PATA port holds another legacy HD drive. I had to get a SATA DVD drive as it was needed to install the drivers for this card. I wanted to use the old PATA DVD drive but it was not recognized without having the card drivers installed. The drivers are on one of those tiny DVDs about a third of the size of a regular DVD. So far so good; a great addition to the ATOM MB/CPU combo. Another reviewer says it will not work with drives larger than 750 gig, so be careful!
