I received this mp4 player as a gift for Christmas. I immediately ran into problems with the touch screen - I could never get it to respond very well to me at all. Also, although it does hold pictures well, the software they include to format video files does not work and I could never get this device to hold any video files. Lastly, about 5 months after I had it it stopped responding to my touch at all and no longer plays music or works at all. Amazon also has terrible customer service for this product, and I'm wondering if I will ever get a refund. Save yourself major headaches and don't buy this!
